Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Jyoti Tour & Travels, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free travel experience. However, we understand that plans may change, and cancellations may be necessary. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for our customers.
1. Cancellation Policy:
For Tour Packages:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable.
For Hotel Bookings:
Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Please check individual booking details for specific terms.
For Flight/Train Tickets:
Refunds are subject to the airline’s or railway provider’s policies. Service charges may apply.
2. Refund Policy:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days from the cancellation request.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Service fees, taxes, and processing charges are non-refundable.
3. Modification & Rescheduling:
Requests for date changes or rescheduling are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Modifications should be requested at least 10 days before departure.
4. Force Majeure Clause:
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), Jyoti Tour & Travels reserves the right to offer rescheduling instead of refunds.
